The Ainan Fisheries Cooperative Association, Ainan Town, and Ehime University collaborate to conduct environmental monitoring surveys. The Ainan Fisheries Cooperative Association, Ainan Town, and Ehime University cooperate to conduct environmental monitoring surveys to detect changes in the marine environment in advance and work to reduce red tide damage and improve aquaculture environments.
In cooperation with Ainan Town, Ehime University is operating a "Fish Disease Diagnostic Laboratory" to conduct health checks and fish disease inspections of farmed fish. Fish doctors are stationed at the facility, and an electronic fish medical record system has been introduced to promote healthy fish production.
In cooperation with Ehime University, we conduct red tide monitoring surveys to regularly check the condition of the sea.
We outsource the testing of residual chemicals and heavy metals to an external inspection agency.

In addition to Yasutaka Fisheries and Usa Fisheries, which boast Japan's top-class production scale for cultured sea bream, we work together with small and medium-sized production in Ainan Town to provide stable shipments throughout the year. The shipping companies comply with the number of fish ponds, number of cultured fish, and stocking density for each fishing ground, and are particularly conscious of and committed to sustainable aquaculture.
