About Ainan Fisheries Cooperative
Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Future has been selected for the 2021 subsidy project!
The Agricultural, Forestry, and Fisheries Future Fund
chose us as a recipient business for the 2021 subsidy!

In addition to red sea bream, Ainan-cho also boasts one of the highest production levels in Japan of amberjack and yellowtail, and in recent years has been introducing new aquaculture fish species such as high-value-added species such as mullet mullet, striped horse mackerel, jack mackerel, and satsuki trout.
Not only does the fishing boat fishery boast the largest catch of bonito in Shikoku, but it has also promoted the branding of "Biyabiya Bonito" and has gained many fans.
We also cultivate shellfish such as oysters, oysters, pearls, and mother-of-pearl oysters.

For the first time for Japan-produced fresh seafood, kosher certification has been acquired

"Kosher" is a dietary regulation based on Jewish precepts.
As a guarantee of safety and security, we are the first fresh seafood in Japan to receive kosher certification, which is widespread mainly in Europe and the United States.
